Allow Peace to take root so Hope can bloom again.

Welcome

As an Intuitive Support Guide, I believe grief is a deeply personal journey—one as unique as the person experiencing it.

Grief often grows from the soil of loss, heartbreak, caregiving, life changes, or difficult diagnoses. It’s so much more than sadness. Like a garden, grief holds layers we can’t always see—roots of memory, waves of tenderness, tangled emotions, and slow-growing seeds of renewal.

Much like tending a garden, grief asks for patience, care, and trust. Some days call us to gently pull at the weeds of old stories or pain. Other days, we simply water the soil with tears, or rest in the stillness. Even when the ground feels dry, the possibility of growth remains.

I’m here to walk beside you in that space—with presence, intuition, and compassion. Whether you're tending fresh grief or living with a quiet ache that never fully leaves, I offer support that honors your pace, your process, and your wisdom.

Together, we tend to what’s stirring beneath the surface—so that, in time, peace can take root, and something new can begin to bloom.

You are not alone. You are welcome here.

About Ellen

 Your  Intuitive Support Guide

I’m Ellen Craine, and I walk alongside people in the tender landscapes of grief, caregiving, and personal change.

Grief has touched every corner of my life—both personally and professionally. I know the ache of loss, the long nights of uncertainty, and the quiet heartbreak that can come from caring for those we love. These experiences, along with over three decades of work as a therapist, guide, and educator, have shaped how I support others today.

My approach is intuitive, nature-informed, and deeply compassionate. As an Intuitive Support Guide, I hold space for the sacredness of endings and the slow unfolding of what comes after. I draw from my training in social work (counseling), Reiki (Level 3), Waldorf education, and anthroposophy—a holistic spiritual philosophy that honors the human being as body, soul, and spirit, and invites us into deep relationship with the rhythms of nature and the wisdom within.

Whether you're navigating the loss of a loved one, the shift in identity that comes with caregiving, or a life transition that defies easy explanation, I’m here to walk beside you. My role is not to fix or rush your process—but to offer presence, perspective, and trust in your own unfolding.

Grief is not something we "get over." It’s something we live with, tend to, and grow through. In the quiet companionship of shared humanity, we find the courage to keep going—and the hope that new life can eventually bloom.

If you’re seeking support that is grounded, intuitive, and honors the full depth of your experience, I welcome you with an open heart.

Welcome to the Compassionate Support Circle

Grief and change can leave us feeling unmoored—especially when the world expects us to carry on as if nothing has shifted. Whether you’re grieving a loved one, adjusting to a difficult diagnosis, caring for an aging parent, or quietly navigating a loss others may not see, this is a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone.

The Compassionate Support Circle is a free, heart-centered gathering where we come together in community. There’s no need to have the right words or a polished story. Just bring yourself. Here, we honor the full spectrum of loss, the complexity of caregiving, and the strength it takes to keep showing up.

I’m Ellen Craine-Rostker—therapist, ethics consultant, intuitive guide, and someone who has walked alongside grief both personally and professionally for over 30 years. My approach is grounded and compassionate, drawing on my clinical background as well as my training in Reiki (Level 3), Waldorf education, and anthroposophy—a spiritual philosophy that recognizes the integration of body, soul, and spirit, and encourages deep connection with the natural world and one’s inner life.

In our Circles, I draw wisdom from both modern ethics and timeless sources—plants, animals, seasons, and quiet presence—to offer a supportive space for reflection, connection, and care.

You don’t have to fix anything. You don’t have to go through it alone.
You’re welcome here—just as you are.

Join us. Take a breath. Come sit with us in the stillness of shared understanding.

"Grief is a sacred journey, unique to each soul. It is not only a path of sorrow, but also one of transformation-where we gently rediscover ourselves and the deeper meaning woven through our lives and relationships. You are not alone; I am here to walk beside you, holding space as you find your way through."
